Supplier Development: OE Market Entry

Our experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 companies and developing quality systems for global suppliers was very helpful to bring a similar solutions-based approach for the company to achieve OE requirements. Being a master in these quality areas of expertise helped provide the right guidance and execute the APQP/PPAP deliverables for the company and train its internal quality and supplier resources.

Two RGBSI quality engineers were assigned for a duration of three months to conduct system and process audits, review and approve the process documents, witness DVP and engineering product requirements, help conduct and interpret initial process capability studies and measurement system analysis, review and approve dimensional reports. The team captured product performance results per OE requirements and trained the company’s suppliers.
